These terms and conditions (hereinafter, “T&C”) regulate the use of Zoocial (hereinafter, the “Service”), which is a SaaS system that allows clients to automate their social media accounts. By accessing and using the Service, the client agrees to and is obligated to comply with these T&C. The client must carefully read the T&C before using the Service.
- Access and use of the Service
2.1 The client must register to use the Service and provide accurate and complete information about their company and social media accounts.
2.2 The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and is solely responsible for any activity that occurs in their account.
2.3 The client agrees not to use the Service for illegal activities or activities that infringe on the rights of third parties. In particular, the client agrees not to use the Service to send spam or to engage in activities that may damage the reputation of the Service.
2.4 The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. The Service may be subject to interruptions and errors, and the client agrees that Zoocial shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Service.
- Intellectual property
3.1 Zoocial retains all intellectual property rights to the Service and its content, including the software, design, graphics, images, and text.
3.2 The client may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Service or its content without the prior written authorization of Zoocial.
- Cancellation and termination
4.1 The client may cancel their account at any time and for any reason. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.2 Zoocial reserves the right to cancel or suspend the client’s account in case of non-compliance with the T&C or for any other justified reason.
- Modifications to the T&C
Zoocial reserves the right to modify the T&C at any time and without prior notice. The client will be informed of the modifications through the Service’s website or by email. The continued use of the Service after the modification of the T&C shall constitute acceptance of the new terms.
